Scheduling an Appointment
By requesting an appointment through IDG’s central appointment system, international patients will be given a list of doctors from which to choose.
Patients or physicians can request an appointment in three different ways:
- By filling out IDG’s online appointment request form, which can be found under the Request Treatment tab. A representative from IDG’s international appointment office will respond to your request within three business days.
- By calling IDG Group at 1 (609) 369-2007 or
- By sending an e-mail to info@idghealth.com.
When scheduling an appointment by phone or e-mail, please have the following information available or send it with your appointment request:
- the patient's name as it appears on his passport (last, first, middle)
- patient's gender
- patient's address
- country of residence
- patient's date of birth
- direct patient telephone number
- direct patient fax number
- patient's e-mail address (if available)
- medical records
- a brief explanation of the current medical problem
- the preferred date of appointment
- whether the patient will need an interpreter, and if so, what language
- insurance information, if applicable
We are committed to providing the most efficient medical care to our patients. In most cases, the doctor or clinic you select will provide both diagnosis and treatment within the same patient visit. Doctors typically report diagnostic test results to patients one or two days after testing is completed. For international patients, tests, physician consultation and treatment can often be compressed into a shorter period of time.
